Birds in flight have always fascinated and amazed me with there effortless control and freedom in flight from an early age through to middle age where I flew hang gliders for 10 years and sailplane for 5 years and may passion for flight lingers on when I walk the Pembrokeshire coastal path with its abundance of sea birds

Newgale is one of my favorite beaches in Pembrokeshire spending many happy days were swimming and surfing over many years. Now I live in Pembrokeshire I am a frequent visitor and the spectacular view as the weather and seasons change never disappoints
